There is a reason people can't "just get over it." Stress and trauma literally change the brain, which in turn even changes the body. Traditional talk therapy isn't always effective. Why? Because brain-based problems require brain-based interventions. Brainwork Healing™ uses cutting edge advancements in neuroscience; the latest research in psychotraumatology; and evidence-based practices; such as EMDR™, NMT™ and aspects of somatic psychotherapy; to strategically and more efficiently treat the physical, social, emotional and cognitive effects of trauma and stress. Counseling at Brainwork Healing Center™, LLC targets specific regions of the brain in a reparative and sequenced way. This brain-based protocol in turn fosters healing and helps reduce problematic symptoms.
At Brainwork Healing Center™, LLC our approach to therapy is rooted in kindness, empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, where they can develop the skills needed to thrive, and where they can heal.
