Clinical Services
Initial, 15-minute Consultation
*No fee charged.
Diagnostic Assessment
Child, Adolescent, Adult services.
$180 per 60 minutes.
*Typically, 90-120 minutes is needed.
*Session length determined by client and based on clinical need.
*Consistent rate of $3 per minute billed in 6 minute increments.
Intake Fee
$150 one time fee for all new clients to cover administrative costs.

*Additional 60-minute sessions necessary for information gathering and reviewing reports not included in price listed.
*Diagnostic Assessment required for non-established clients, but will be used as additional sessions referenced above.
Trauma-Based Assessment
Includes administration of the age-appropriate version of either the Trauma Symptom Checklist or the Trauma Symptom Inventory-2-A and a summary report outlining clinical findings.
Devereux Early Childhood Assessment
Strength-based and trauma-informed assessment for those age 0-5. The assessment gauges protective factors as well development in the areas of attachment, initiative, and self-regulation. Developmentally appropriate interventions, based in the neuroscience of Conscious Discipline, are provided for both the home and the childcare or school setting, and with the goal of supporting optimal social, emotional, and behavioral development.
Individualized Preferences for Regulation Report
Comprehensive report based off of responses to the Play Preference Checklist (child) or Activity Preference Checklist (ages 10+). The client's unique sensory preferences and needs are used to identify individualized and sequenced intervention to both help develop and repair lower brain functioning.
Supervision, Consultation & Education
Individual Clinical Supervision
$180 per 60 minutes.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
The No Surprises Act is a federal law that was enacted January 1, 2022 in order to protect consumers from receiving a "surprise bill" for out-of-network services not covered by insurance. Ohio licensing board rules require me to provide you with an actual cost of my charges in a written informed consent form to which you must agree to prior to my providing services. Fees are also listed on this webpage. In order to be compliant with the No Surprises Act, clients also receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to services starting.
Although the No Surprises Act says that you may initiate a dispute process if the actual charges are substantially in excess of the Good Faith Estimated charges (i.e. if you are charged $400 more than the estimated cost for a session or for the total estimate provided), that is unlikely to happen and would be a violation of licensing board rules, since you will be agreeing up front to actual charges per session prior to being seen.
Dispute information is available upon request, however any changes to my fees will require a change in the informed consent form fees, which you must agree to prior to having them go into effect, otherwise the fees will remain in effect for 12 months.
