Clinical Services
Initial, 15-minute Consultation
*No fee charged.
Diagnostic Assessment
Child, Adolescent, Adult Diagnostic Assessment available.
$180 per 60 minutes.
*Typically, 90-120 minutes is needed.
*Session length determined by client and based on clinical need.
*Consistent rate of $3 per minute billed in 6 minute increments.
Intake Fee
$150 one time fee for all new clients to cover administrative costs.
Child, Adolescent, Adult, Family & Couple Counseling.
Session rate varies based on provider licensure and experience.
EEG Evaluation & Neurofeedback Training
$300 flat fee for Midline EEG Evaluation, which includes EEG analysis, written report, neurofeedback protocol development.
Integrated Psychotherapy with Neurofeedback Sessions with Erin Calhoun, MACPC LPCC-S:
$180 per 45 minute training session
$220 per 60 minute training session
Integrated Psychotherapy with Neurofeedback Sessions with other licensed mental health professional:
$150 per 45 minute training session
$160 per 60 minute training session
Group Counseling
$60 per 60 minute group session.

*Additional 60-minute sessions necessary for information gathering and reviewing reports not included in price listed.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
The No Surprises Act is a federal law that was enacted January 1, 2022 in order to protect consumers from receiving a "surprise bill" for out-of-network services not covered by insurance. Ohio licensing board rules require me to provide you with an actual cost of my charges in a written informed consent form to which you must agree to prior to my providing services. Fees are also listed on this webpage. In order to be compliant with the No Surprises Act, clients also receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to services starting.
Although the No Surprises Act says that you may initiate a dispute process if the actual charges are substantially in excess of the Good Faith Estimated charges (i.e. if you are charged $400 more than the estimated cost for a session or for the total estimate provided), that is unlikely to happen and would be a violation of licensing board rules, since you will be agreeing up front to actual charges per session prior to being seen.
Dispute information is available upon request, however any changes to my fees will require a change in the informed consent form fees, which you must agree to prior to having them go into effect, otherwise the fees will remain in effect for 12 months.
